My worst experience in hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Swiss Garden Hotel was one of the weakest 4-star hotels in the center of Kuala Lumpur that I have ever experienced. The people who work in the reservation are irresponsible and lack professional experience. Upon arrival, we had reserved a room with a large bed, but they gave us a room with two separate beds. Although we told the reservation about this many times, unfortunately they did nothing. The breakfast of the hotel had very limited and cold items and was poor at the level of a three-star hotel. The hotel pool was small and dirty. There was no water in our room for three days.

We are tour organizer of group tours, in our Malaysian tour we had booked 19 rooms of this hotel, We will never choose this hotel again. I found this hotel very messy. The receptionist's behavior was very rude, he shouted at my lady passenger, I think his name was Mr. Sharif or Sharouf. Two of the rooms needed extra beds, which were not provided for one night, and ended up embarrassing us in front of our fellow passengers. Or for a friendly meeting with fellow travelers, we wanted to go to the lobby, but they didn't allow us, we went to the pool, and at eight o'clock their staff came, turned off the lights and left, not even giving us 5 minutes to summarize the meeting, this is not professional at all. Breakfast wasn’t very good, but if I want to talk about positive points, the hotel has a good location.

From the checking in after arriving, the staff have just been fantastic!! Specially mention manager Rayyan and receptionist Laka .Both of them had gone out of their way to ensure we hah a good stay in the hotel ( had a little problem with first room’s WiFi ) and feeling as comfortable as possible.Thank you both as we very much appreciated

It was a wonderful stay,we were welcomed by the staff Name Miss Laka with a friendly gesture.. Check in process although there was a queue.. It was convenient to travel around, there was a convenience store, mamak shop right opposite the hotel.

A very comfortable hotel that exceeded expectations. On the final day, after checking out, we had a late departure and went out for the day. I accidentally left my camera in a taxi. The taxi contacted the hotel but they couldn't contact us. When we returned to the hotel, to pick up our gear, the staff helped us contact the taxi company. They then went out of their way to ensure that the camera was returned to me. I particularly want to thank , and commend Laka & Adam.
